We understand that Estate Agents and Landlords are busy people so we strive for flexibility in Inventory bookings, completion and delivery.

All our Reports are complied by teams of experienced fully trained Inventory Clerks who will strive to make the process as simple and friendly as possible whilst working in line with our core values.

Here at Foundations Property Inventories all our staff invest in prioritising Reliability, Accuracy and Impartiality.

We understand that due to the dynamism and buoyancy of the current lettings market most Landlords and Agents require a quick and flexible service, we can offer a 48 hour turnaround time from the time of the inventory make to report delivery. We are also able to attend properties for Inventories, check ins and Check outs outside typical working hours allowing us to fit round your busy schedule.

At Foundations Property Inventories all our reports are given the same consistent attention to detail regardless of size and content. All our reports are proof read and signed off by our Inventory Managers in addition to the conducting Inventory Clerk.

With the introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme we recognise the importance of our impartiality in the Inventory process. Tenants can feel comfortable knowing that their deposits are protected in the form of an Independent Inventory, and Landlords can rest easy knowing that an accurate legally admissible record of the contents and condition of their property has been compiled.
